The Pulsafeeder LPH6SA-VTC3-XXX PULSAtron Series E Plus Diaphragm Metering Pump is designed for accurate and dependable chemical dosing in water treatment, chemical processing and industrial fluid-handling applications. It provides a maximum flow rate of 5 GPH (120 GPD / 18.9 LPH) with a maximum discharge pressure of 100 PSI (7 bar).
The pump features dual manual control, allowing both stroke frequency and stroke length to be adjusted while the pump is operating. Its solenoid-driven diaphragm design provides controlled chemical feed, while the guided ball check valve system supports reliable seating, priming and suction performance.
The VTC3 liquid-end configuration uses a PVC pump head and fittings, PTFE/TFE valve seats and O-rings, and ceramic valve balls. The pump operates from a 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz power supply and uses a 1/2-inch OD tubing connection.
For routine maintenance, the corresponding rebuild kit is the Pulsafeeder K6VTC3 KOPkit. The pump also uses compatible components including the L3300T03-PVC bleed valve, L3101TC3-PVC suction valve, L3201TC3-PVC discharge valve, J60728 foot valve/strainer and J41873 injection valve.
