Pulsafeeder 42407 Tank Overview

The Pulsafeeder 42407 is a 120-gallon double-wall containment tank designed for chemical-feed and water-treatment installations. The dual-wall construction provides secondary containment around the chemical storage chamber.

Tank Details

• Part Number: 42407
• Capacity: 120 Gallons
• Tank Type: Dual / Double Wall Containment

Double-Wall Construction

The 42407 combines chemical storage and secondary containment in one tank design. The outer containment wall surrounds the primary storage tank to provide an additional level of protection for chemical-feed installations.

Chemical Feed Applications

Pulsafeeder designed this tank family for chemical-feed and water-treatment applications. Compatible metering equipment can be installed using the top mounting area to create a compact chemical dosing system.

Tank Dimensions

The 120-gallon model measures approximately 47 inches high and 32 inches in diameter. Installation planning should provide adequate room for filling, pump access, chemical tubing and maintenance.

Fill & Connection Arrangement

The 42407 is documented with an 8-inch fill cap. Pulsafeeder also describes standard threaded top connections within this tank family for integration with chemical-feed equipment.

Material Considerations

The tank uses blue polyethylene construction. Verify compatibility between the polyethylene tank and the specific chemical, concentration and operating temperature before use.

Model Identification

42407 specifically identifies the 120-gallon model. Other part numbers in the same Pulsafeeder containment-tank family correspond to different storage capacities, so the part number and required tank volume should both be confirmed before ordering.
