Pulsafeeder CHEM-TECH Series 100 and Series 150 chemical metering pumps are motor-driven diaphragm pumps designed for reliable, consistent chemical dosing in water treatment and other chemical feed applications. Their compact design, sealed gear train, adjustable feed rate, and durable diaphragm construction provide dependable metering performance for long-term operation.

Series 100 models are designed for economical and consistent chemical feed, with capacities ranging from less than 3 GPD (0.47 LPH) up to 30 GPD (4.72 LPH) and operating pressures up to 100 PSI (7 BAR). Series 150 models use the same proven platform while providing higher flow capacity, with models capable of delivering up to 100 GPD (15.76 LPH) at pressures up to 60 PSI (4.2 BAR).

Key features include a guided quad check valve system, standard bleed valve assembly, adjustable feed rate control, self-priming operation, chemical-resistant materials, and a compact design for straightforward installation. Multiple pump head, fitting, O-ring, ball, diaphragm, and tubing material options are available to support different chemical compatibility requirements.
